TERMS OF SERVICES

  1. Reservation Policy: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is due upon arrival.

  2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid being charged the full amount of the reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as early as possible to avoid this penalty. If you fail to show up for your reservation without prior notice, you will also be charged the full amount of the reservation. Please note that if you have booked your stay through a third-party website or travel agency, their cancellation policies may differ from ours.

  3. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be available upon request and subject to availability.

  4. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the complex. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only.

  5. Damages and Losses: Guests will be responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay, including but not limited to damages to the property, furnishings, or equipment.

  6. Occupancy Policy: The number of guests in each room must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for that room. Additional charges may apply for additional guests.

  7. Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed in any indoor areas of the complex. Exceptions may be made for service animals with proper documentation.

  8. Noise Policy: Guests must be considerate of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum during the day and night.

  9. Liability: 30villa Rd Complex is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or thefts that may occur on the property.

By making a reservation at 30villa Rd Complex, guests agree to abide by these terms of service. Any violation of these terms may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation without refund.
